Products, Refunds, and Returns

Refund and return policy varies by item type and category - policy is as follows:

PHYSICAL GOODS - ORIGINAL ARTWORK
These items will be shipped to the purchaser with added insurance to cover loss in transit, as part of standard shipping prices.

If the purchaser waives the cost of expedited shipping with insurance, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will work with your to resolve shipping issues to the best of our ability.

Returns on physical products must be initiated within seven days of purchase. Shipping, insurance, and packaging such that items return in usable and unaltered condition are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

PHYSICAL GOODS': PRINTS AND REPRODUCTIONS
Refunds will only be issued in the case of loss in transit which cannot be resolved within four weeks of initial purchase, in response to written request.

ONLINE CLASSES:
Because of the digital nature of these items, refunds and returns will be issued only in response to written request within five business days of initial class purchase.
